Confirmation of registration — After you have registered via the online form and we have received your payment, you will receive a confirmation email

Cancellation — You may cancel your registration to receive a 50% refund up to 1 May 2024. After 1 May 2024, no refund will be given. 

Catastrophic events — In the unlikely event that the conference must be canceled or moved online due to a catastrophic event beyond the control of the conference organizers (such as sever global pandemic, political violence or natural disaster), refunds will be giving at the sole discretion of the organizing committee based upon the circumstances involved.
